Our shipments are sent free of charge from Istanbul with MNG cargo company.

Weekdays at 15: Your orders placed before 00:00 will usually be delivered to you;

3D Jungle or Sculpture Paintings 5 - Up to 5 pieces of 10 in 7 business days

Infinity Tunnel and Infinity Shelf products

Premium Black Neon Coffee Table models in 7 business days -It is delivered to cargo in 12 business days.

You can get support from customer representatives for extra deadlines that will occur within the scope of full customization of orders.

If your order contains a special product belonging to a person/company, It can be delivered to cargo within 7-10 business days, depending on the processing intensity.

Orders placed on weekends and holidays (up to a maximum of 3 business days) are included in the order delivery process.

Stock Information

Products with active "Add to Cart" button are in stock or available for supply. In case of rare supplier company stock problems, you will be contacted via your contact numbers or e-mail and notified. Please fill in your personal information completely so that we can contact you.

Order Cancellation Process

Neptune Neon Design reserves the right to cancel the sale if the products it does not keep in stock cannot be supplied. If this situation occurs for some products in the basket; Account information is received from the customer and the difference is refunded within 7 business days following the receipt of the information. If the payment is made by credit card, the refund will be made to the credit card.

Neptün Neon Design cannot be held responsible for any delays that may arise from bank transactions. Generally, refunds are reflected on credit cards within 72 hours due to interbank clearing.

Product Color and Accessories

If there is no color option in the bottom description of the product you have ordered, or if you prefer color as additional information in the order note section. or if no description is provided, the product available in stock will be sent. Decorative accessories included in product photographs are not included in the product prices. Products that are given as gifts are specifically mentioned in the product description.

Entering the Correct Delivery Address

In order for your order to reach you quickly and safely, please write your address information as clearly as possible. For security reasons, no notification is made from the cargo.

Incorrect Orders and Damaged Cargoes

Open the package you received from the cargo in the presence of the cargo officer and check your order. If you see any errors or omissions, please contact us immediately. Do not receive the product if it is faulty or problematic cargo. We will take necessary action for damaged products that you notify us within 2 hours after receiving your cargo.
